Oxygen probe

CarboProbe HT Pro

with enhanced ceramic sheath (%O2)
Oxygen probe for ceramic furnaces, crematoria, and incinerators (up to 1700°C)

Description of the
oxygen probe
CarboProbe HT Pro

The CarboProbeHT PRO is suitable for use at temperatures between 600°C to 1700°C (1100°F to 3100°F). It has a double ceramic protection tube for use in very difficult environments, such as incineration or cremation furnaces. It operates in a range from 100% O2 down to a pO2 of 10-24 bar at 700°C or 10-12 bar at 1300°C. It is equipped with a 1” thread and a calibration connector (blue).

This probe cannot be used for the measurement of oxygen in carburising mixtures.

Maintenance

There are no maintenance parts required inside the sensor, if the platinum external connector is damaged it can be repaired without loss of signal quality.

This probe is equipped with a calibration connector (blue). Contact us for more information !

Works great with our ContrOx display and control module

This probe is based on our ZrO2 mixed cell.
